These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Newpklack and its members. By opening an account, placing a bet, or using any of our services on Newpklack, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Please read them carefully before registering.

• Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be marked as dormant.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at Newpklack. Before making a withdrawal, or when depositing above a certain amount, you may be required to submit a National ID card or Birth Registration Certificate. This is done entirely for your protection.

Newpklack's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Participation by minors is completely prohibited. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

Residents of Bangladesh are welcome to use Newpklack. Creating or accessing an account from countries where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions using a VPN or proxy will result in account closure.

Once a bet is confirmed on Newpklack, it cannot be cancelled — the only way to close a bet before the match ends is by using the cash-out option. Always verify the odds and stake on your bet slip before confirming.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum varies depending on each market.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Newpklack reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are final.
• In a parlay bet, if any single match is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining bet stands.

Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited on Newpklack. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Deposits at Newpklack can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Mobile banking deposits are typically instant.

Newpklack may request additional information to verify suspicious transactions. If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be informed.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same offer from multiple accounts or exploiting bonuses through manipulated betting patterns — will result in the cancellation of bonuses on all associated accounts if detected by Newpklack.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. With 2FA active, no one can access your account even if they know your password. Newpklack will not be held responsible for any account compromise resulting from a member's own negligence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Newpklack:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain additional benefits.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward customer support staff.
